Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain transaction records and prepare daily financial reports.
- Handle invoices, receipts, and refunds while ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Assist customers, vendors, and internal teams with payment-related inquiries.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate cash availability in registers.
- Maintain a secure and organized cash-handling environment.
- Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience as a cashier or in a similar finance-related role.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
