Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of construction materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for material requisitions and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to management.
  • Monitor material usage and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe storage area in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in logistics coordination for materials distribution to different project sites.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
  • Good computer skills with experience in inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
