Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Present company services and project offerings to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with project and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales performance.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good understanding of the construction market is an advantage.
