Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of construction materials to project sites.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with warehouse and site teams for loading, unloading, and storage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation standards.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare logistics reports and updates for management.
- Support procurement and supply chain teams when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
