Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

  • Conduct cost analysis and monitor project expenses.

  • Prepare payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.

  • Collaborate with auditors and external financial institutions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
