Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project-related documents, including drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, filed, and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of documents for construction projects.
- Maintain a central document management system and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with various teams (engineering, construction, legal) to collect, store, and update documents as needed.
- Track document revisions and ensure the latest versions are always available to the team.

Qualifications and Skills
