This role is essential in supporting daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support monthly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
