This role supports the HR department in delivering smooth, efficient administrative and operational processes across all areas of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, performance reviews, and internal communications.
- Help administer employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking.
- Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and direct more complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Strong knowledge of basic HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
