Treesa Builders is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resource functions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with company goals and local labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and health and safety policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
