Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Hospitality Interior Design projects, overseeing the entire process from concept to completion.
- Develop engaging design presentations using various media, including mood boards and design boards.
- Make informed decisions on materials, finishes, and furnishings, aligning them with design concepts and project specifications.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Design Managers to deliver high-quality Interior Design spaces.
- Create working templates to accurately capture client requirements.
- Manage the preparation of Interior Design and finishes design tender and construction documentation in line with industry standards.
- Integrate smart technologies and innovative design elements to enhance functionality and user experience in interior spaces.
- Act as the technical resource for all matters related to Interior Design.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Membership with a certified body is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of interior design experience, preferably within leading architectural practices.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in designing interior spaces for high-end hotel and resort projects.
- Proficiency in developing and visualizing design concepts using various tools and techniques.
