Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the security of company data and networks.
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and maintenance when required.
- Conduct system upgrades and ensure compatibility with company applications.
- Support staff with IT onboarding, training, and user account management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and network environments.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
