Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth office operations while contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Qualifications and Skills:
