Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and dispatched accurately.
- Maintain updated inventory records and track material usage for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations to minimize shortages and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials and equipment.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, material movement, and warehouse performance.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive, Storekeeper, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to lift, move, and manage materials safely.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with project teams.
- Certification in equipment handling (forklift) is an added advantage.
