Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
- Coordinate with management regarding staffing and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
