This role is ideal for a professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a positive and productive workplace within a growing construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR programs.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Coordinate with management regarding staffing and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
