Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Assist with audit preparations and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial information and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
