Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement and replenishment of materials.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and project managers.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics and transportation records.
- Ensure materials are delivered to project sites according to schedules and requirements.
- Prepare logistics reports and update operational databases regularly.
- Resolve transportation delays, delivery issues, and logistics-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
- Support project teams with logistics planning and resource allocation activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or construction operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics management software.
