This role is ideal for an individual who can support warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist in the efficient handling of construction materials and supplies. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely material availability for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.
- Prepare materials for dispatch to construction sites and other locations.
- Conduct routine stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of warehouse items.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
- Assist in identifying damaged or missing inventory and report discrepancies.
- Support warehouse supervisors with daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
- Familiarity with inventory software and MS Office is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
